We have full set testing machines in our lab. such as High-low temperature test chamber to test ultimate properties of plastics, Optical microscope to analysis of density and grinding racks, Durometer to test hardness,Salt spray testing machine to test rust prevention capability,Tension tester and Wooden Moisture testing detector.All inspection according TUV/GS or BSI standard.
In Manufacturing mechanization we updated polish system to 16 of ABB auto polishing system, it will full polish claw hammer ,ball pin, hammer,machinist hammer and stone hammer.Also there are more than ten CNC milling machines and ten CNC grinding machines to control smooth of hammer surface. we also replace paint spraying to Powder coating to improve adhesive force and anti-rust capability.
Injection workshop had more than 36 injection machine.and we produce fiberglass by our-self.Design department always create attractive fiberglass handle and PA6 nylon hollow handle with human engineering function.Every year our hammer and other hand tools have new pattern to serve on market.
